Travel in Busan πŸ‡°πŸ‡·

Living in Busan for a year had given me enough time to travel around Busan. I will describe some traveling spots as well as most visited places in Busan. However, I will only talk about the places I have been to. There are still several places that I haven’t been to yet. I will visit there when I visit Busan again and I am pretty sure I will go to Busan again soon.

Haeundae Beach | ν•΄μš΄λŒ€ν•΄μˆ˜μš•μž₯

Haeundae Beach is Busan’s iconic place. When people talk about Busan, they are referring to Haeundae beach. So if you visit Busan, Haeundae Beach is a must-visited-place. It is a beach that is surrounded by so many skyscrapers. You can find lots of hotels, restaurants, and other tourist places nearby.

Gwangalli Beach | κ΄‘μ•ˆλ¦¬ν•΄μˆ˜μš•μž₯

It is another famous beach in Busan. The thing that makes Gwangalli beach different from Haeundae beach is a beautiful Gwangalli bridge. It stands gorgeously right in front of the beach. The beautiful colors of the bridge at night makes this beach is even more special.

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple | 해동 μš©κΆμ‚¬

A Buddhist temple that is along the ocean, Haedong Yonggunsa has been one of the top recommended places in Busan. It is not really different from other temples in Korea. The thing that makes it become of one of the tops in its beauty of the temple and the sea is close to each other.

Taejongdae Cliff | νƒœμ’…λŒ€μœ μ›μ§€

It is a mountain cliff along the ocean. It is at the outskirt of Busan so it takes about an hour or two to reach there. There are observatory place and resort where you can enjoy the view of the ocean from the cliff.

Gamcheon Culture Village | λΆ€μ‚° κ°μ²œλ¬Έν™”λ§ˆμ„

It is a village that is full of decorated and colorful houses. There are also painted wall and other arts where you can enjoy taking a lot of photos.

I would say this is my most favorite place in Busan. It is a mountain that is along the sea. You can enjoy hiking while enjoying the breathtaking view of Busan from another angle.

Nampodong |남포동

A shopping district that is full of shops and restaurants. You can find all of your favorite brand there. Besides that, it is close to Lotte Skywalk (in Lotte Department Store) which you can go up and enjoy the view of Busan from the top. It is also close to Jalgachi World Seafood Market, and BIFF square.

Busan Tower | λΆ€μ‚°νƒ€μ›Œ

It is close to Nampodong as well. It is Busan’s observatory place. You can enjoy the whole view of Busan from there.

The Bay 101 | 더베이101

Having a cocktail or beer along the bay and enjoy Busan’s night view? Then The Bay 101 is a place for you. It is near to Haeundae beach. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. You can enjoy drinking while witnessing the amazing view of many skyscrapers in Busan.

Centum City | μ„Όν…€μ‹œν‹°

It is the most expensive district in Busan. Shisegae Department Store which used to be the world’s largest department store, Busan International Film Festival, Trump Wolrd Trade Center, and many other well-known buildings are in Centum City. You will see the luxury and high modern living style while you are there.

Hwangnyeongsan Mountain | ν™©λ Ήμ‚°

The view from there is amazing. I can see the wide view of Busan including Gwangalli Bridge. It is also the best place for the couple to spend time together at night.

Samnak Ecology Park | μ‚Όλ½μƒνƒœκ³΅μ›

It is the biggest park in Busan. It has so many sports areas such as golf, tennis, and so on. I went there because I want to have a quiet and peaceful moment so that I can enjoy reading the book and smell the trees.

There are several places in Busan that I haven’t been to. When I visit Busan, if I have time, I will visit 3 places such as Beomeosa Temple | 범어사, Oryukdo Island | λΆ€μ‚° 였λ₯™λ„Dadaepo Beach | λ‹€λŒ€ν¬ν•΄μˆ˜μš•μž₯ .
